Seven Lives, Dreams and Hopes
, painting by Félix Baizabal, Pawley's Island, South Carolina. Even though Baizabal is colorblind, his art captures rich colors and tones. In this work, he represents the seven members of his family. Their fourteen hands compose a face that symbolizes the ties that endure over great distances.
